Lodging

The conference intends to cover up to two nights (Thursday, October 27 and Friday, October 28) for the cost of lodging for the invited speakers and selected graduate students/postdocs/young faculty. Lodging support will not be in the form of reimbursement but rather in the form of direct payment to the hotels we arrange.

The organizers will make the hotel reservation and room assignments and provide the information to the hotel.

Requests for lodging support should be made on the registration form. Participants need to complete the registration form by September 19 to be considered for support. The organizers will notify the participants by October 10 of their hotel and room assignment.  Cancellations need to be made by October 23.

Travel Support
